The Digital Sales section on KDealer.com provides several digital selling guides including a Digital Sales Playbook and pre-recorded digital training seminars. In addition, Kia also provides eLead Consulting services to high impact dealers to help improve their internet sales processes. Our dedicated Regional eLead Consultants will evaluate a dealership’s internet sales processes and develop a customized improvement plan for each dealership consulted. The plan is developed after a 2-day initial consultation and then follow-up visits are scheduled monthly to review a dealership’s progress.
